Will a remap affect my warranty?
A remap doesn't damage your engine when done within safe limits, but it can affect a manufacturer warranty claim if a fault relates to the remap. We're upfront about this before you book.
Which remap tier is right for my car?
It depends on your vehicle and goals. For power and torque alone, Stage 1 is usually right. Stage 2 needs supporting hardware fitted. Eco Tuning suits drivers wanting economy over performance.
Is remapping legal?
Yes. Remapping software for road use is legal, though it can affect insurance and warranty in some cases, which we'll flag for you before booking.
Do you remap petrol and diesel vehicles?
Yes, we work on both, matching the tune to your vehicle's engine and hardware either way.
Can I switch tiers later if I upgrade my car?
Yes. If you fit supporting hardware after a Stage 1 remap, we can retune to Stage 2 whenever you're ready.
Do I need to be present while you work?
Not necessarily, as long as we can access the car. Many customers leave it on the driveway and go about their day.
